Staff & Board Resource Access
Zholistic Life Foundation uses a secure SharePoint environment to house internal documents, governance materials, operational resources, and committee workspaces. This system allows us to maintain transparency while protecting sensitive information and ensuring appropriate access.
Authorized staff, board members, and committee participants are provided access based on their role. If a user attempts to access content outside their permissions, they will be prompted to sign in or notified that access is restricted.
This approach allows the Foundation to remain open and accessible while upholding responsible information stewardship.
