Volunteer Code of Conduct
Zholistic Life Foundation

Zholistic Life Foundation (“ZLF”) values the time, skills, and commitment of all volunteers. This Volunteer Code of Conduct outlines expectations to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment for everyone involved.
Expectations of Volunteers
All volunteers are expected to:
Act with respect, integrity, and professionalism
Treat all individuals with dignity, regardless of background or belief
Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff or leadership
Represent Zholistic Life Foundation in a manner consistent with its mission and values
Prohibited Conduct
Volunteers may not:
Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Use alcohol or illegal substances during Foundation activities
Misrepresent the Foundation or act beyond assigned roles
Engage in conduct that compromises safety or trust
Compliance & Accountability
Failure to comply with this Code may result in corrective action, including removal from volunteer service.
