Refund & Correction Policy

Zholistic Life Foundation

Zholistic Life Foundation (“ZLF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to transparency, fairness, and responsible stewardship in all financial and transactional matters. This Refund & Correction Policy outlines how donation errors, payment corrections, and related requests are handled.

General Policy

Contributions and payments made to Zholistic Life Foundation are generally non-refundable, as funds are typically allocated promptly to support programs, operations, and community initiatives. However, we recognize that errors or exceptional circumstances may occur and will review such requests with care and discretion.

Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental donations

  • Incorrect donation amount entered by the donor

  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

  • Technical or processing errors

All refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe from the date of the transaction.

Approval of refunds is at the discretion of Zholistic Life Foundation and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Corrections and Adjustments

Zholistic Life Foundation is happy to assist with corrections related to:

  • Donation acknowledgment errors

  • Receipt inaccuracies

  • Donor name or contact information updates

  • Misapplied or incorrectly designated donations

Correction requests should be submitted as soon as the issue is identified to ensure timely resolution.

Event Registrations and Fees

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

  • Event registration fees are non-refundable

  • Transfers or substitutions may be permitted at the Foundation’s discretion

  • Event cancellations by Zholistic Life Foundation may result in refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements, depending on the circumstances

Details specific to an event will be communicated at the time of registration.

Sponsorships and Program Support

Sponsorships and program-specific contributions are typically non-refundable once commitments are confirmed, as planning and resource allocation often begin immediately. Any exceptions will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with written agreements, if applicable.

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment when possible

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment platform used

  • Transaction or processing fees may not be refundable

How to Request a Refund or Correction

Requests must be submitted in writing and should include:

  • Donor or payer name

  • Date and amount of the transaction

  • Description of the issue

  • Preferred contact information
