Zholistic Life Foundation (“ZLF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values the trust placed in us by our donors and supporters. We are committed to ethical fundraising practices, responsible stewardship, and transparency in how donations are received, managed, and used. This policy outlines the rights of donors and the principles that guide our donation practices.

Donor Rights

Zholistic Life Foundation affirms the following rights for all donors:

    Donors have the right to know our mission, how donations are intended to be used, and our capacity to use contributions effectively for their intended purposes.

  2. To Transparency and Accountability

    Donors have the right to access information regarding our governance, programs, and financial stewardship through publicly available resources.

  3. To Respect and Privacy

    Donors have the right to have their personal information handled with care, confidentiality, and respect, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  4. To Ethical Stewardship

    Donors have the right to expect that their contributions will be used responsibly, ethically, and in alignment with our mission and values.

  5. To Accurate Acknowledgment

    Donors have the right to receive appropriate acknowledgment and receipts for their contributions in a timely manner.

  6. To Choice in Recognition

    Donors may choose whether their gifts are recognized publicly, anonymously, or not at all.

  7. To Ask Questions

    Donors have the right to ask questions about donations and receive honest, timely responses.

Donation Policy

Use of Donations

All donations made to Zholistic Life Foundation are used to support our mission, programs, operations, and community initiatives unless otherwise restricted by the donor and accepted by the organization.

Restricted donations are honored when feasible and aligned with our mission. If a restriction cannot be fulfilled, Zholistic Life Foundation will work with the donor to determine an appropriate alternative or reallocation.

Types of Donations Accepted

Zholistic Life Foundation may accept the following types of contributions, subject to review and acceptance:

  • Monetary donations (one-time or recurring)

  • Event and program sponsorships

  • Corporate and organizational contributions

  • In-kind donations, when appropriate and aligned with mission needs

The Foundation reserves the right to decline donations that are inconsistent with our mission, values, or operational capacity.

Donation Processing

Donations made through our website or approved platforms are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Zholistic Life Foundation does not store full payment card or banking information.

Donors will receive acknowledgment or receipts in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. Requests for refunds due to errors or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and handled at the discretion of Zholistic Life Foundation.

Donor Privacy

Zholistic Life Foundation does not sell, trade, or share donor information with third parties for marketing purposes. Donor information is used solely for organizational communication, acknowledgment, and record-keeping, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Tax Information

Zholistic Life Foundation is a nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of contributions.
